Whole Chicken Breasts The basic technique for grilling bone-in chicken breasts. Try the variations, too!
Remove skin from chicken breasts, if desired. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper. Place bone-side down in center of cooking grate. Grill 40 to 50 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink. Makes 4 servings. Tasty Variations:
